Hi hello! Did you miss my recipes? I haven’t stopped cooking – far from it, just haven’t uploaded anything. I’ve been making a lot of stuff at home (it’s better and honestly thee restaurants don’t always have what you want).
Soooo today I present to you the easiest shrimp pasta white sauce. Here’s what you’ll need:
- Shrimp
- Garlic
- Lemon
- Salt n’ Pepper
- Butter
- Spinach Pasta (you choose your shape)
- Sour cream (this is the secret ingredient)
You’re probably sitting here like “oke but HOW much of these items?” However much you want! Just eyeball it. I prefer an exagarated amount of garlic, and enough butter that my garlic and shrimp have what to sizzle in.

In a sauce pan melt the butter, add your minced or chopped garlic, shrimp and lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. Boil your pasta (remember to add a ton of salt to the water so your noodles get seasoned).
Once your shrimp is cooked (you want it to start looking pink and shrink in size by about 2/3) add a 2-3 heaping spoonfuls of sour cream and mix, now you have your sauce!
Drain your pasta and add it to the saucepan so that the past can absorb the sauce. E voila!
