Shrimp Lo-Mein Copycat

Ingridients Lo-mein noodlesOnionGarlicShrimpMixed VeggiesSoy SauceSalt n' PeppaBasil (dried)Red Pepper Flakes Steps Start off by sautéing the onion, garlic, shrimp in some olive oil. Then add the mixed vegetables, and seasonings. Mix everything together and let cook until vegetables are the hardness you desire. Add noodles and soy sauce, fry a bit more and done.

Comfort Food: Zuchinni Squash and Pea White Sauce w/Rice

Ingredients Frozen peas1/2 zuchinni squash, cubed1 chopped onionSour creamRiceSalt n' PeppaSeasonings of your choice Steps Sautee the onions until soft and then add the zucchini squash and peas. Add your salt, pepper, and seasoning. Once those are soft add a couple of scoops of sour cream and serve over white rice.
