Late night snacks are always a craving! However, instead of turning to something thick and heavy and delicious (hello fudge) I decided to opt for something lighter, and yes, healthier!
So here is my recipe for a delicious home made fruit yogurt (or if bleded thoroughly a smoothie)!
- A blender
- Yogurt (your choice but for this I used greek, it’s thicker and holds the fruit better)
- Frozen peaches
- A dash of lemon (would the expression be a squeeze of lemon?)
For an extra kick you can throw in a pinch of cinnamon, let me know how yours turns out!
