Here’s a super quick and easy recipe for mango salsa!
- 1/2 red onion
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 lime
- 2 mangos
- 1 avocado
- sald and pepper to taste
- chili powder to taste
- cilantro
Simply chop everything up and mix in a bowl! Eat with chips or inside toasted soft shells.
